sera will bundle its competencies in the area of dosing and compressor technology with the establishment of two new subsidiaries

For more than 60 years, the brand name sera has stood for values such as quality, competence, reliability and innovation. These attributes have just been attested once more in a representative, worldwide customer survey.
An important, major building block of our company’s philosophy is the focus on our customer’s requirements and needs.

In the future, sera wants to bundle its activities even more and bring them into line with the individual requirements of the market and the customers.
Effective 01/09/2010, sera will therefore break up the two business units “dosing technology” and “compressor technology” of the Seybert & Rahier GmbH + Co. Betriebs-KG into two new companies.

The two new subsidiaries will trade under the names sera ProDos GmbH and sera ComPress GmbH. The sera ProDos GmbH will focus on dosing technology and feeding technology; the sera ComPress GmbH will focus on compressors, gas and fluid technology.

With the establishment of the two new companies we not only want to combine and extend the competencies within the individual business areas but we also want to have a more targeted approach to the individual global market and customer requirements.
